Presented by Girl In The Shadows Films
a special advance screening of this regional indie pSychological crime thriller movie
We’re rolling out the red carpet to celebrate the wonderful people involved in the making of this film, perhaps you were part of it or know someone who was!
Filmed across the New England region in 2023, the feature film centres on Shelley (played by Samm Cluff), a small-town country detective investigating the murder of a local reclusive hoarder. As she delves deeper into the case, she uncovers more bodies connected to her past.
Under pressure from her overbearing, antagonistic boss, Chubbick (played by Ric Herbert), and with only the support of her new Homicide detective partner Simon (played by Kaeng Chan) and her cousin, Jennifer (played by Lauren Hamilton Neill), Shelley is forced to confront her demons as she battles PTSD and addiction, leading her to discover an explosive truth about the case.
Tickets include a pre-screening function, with a complimentary glass of bubbles and canapes, a special performance by country star Adam Harvey, and an opportunity to meet cast & creatives in a Q & A after the movie screens.
