Roarsome school holiday fun unearthed at Centrepoint Tamworth
Dinosaurs are set to take over Centrepoint Tamworth these July school holidays as the centre transforms into a prehistoric adventure zone to celebrate the release of Jurassic World: Rebirth.
From Tuesday 8 July, budding paleontologists aged 4 years and up can step back in time with Tamworth’s very own Jurassic Jack in an interactive and educational fossil dig experience. Children will uncover a mix of real and replica fossils of ancient creatures like cave bears, sabre cats, woolly mammoths and raptors—using brushes and scoops just like real fossil hunters.
The fun doesn’t stop there. Each 45-minute session features state-of-the-art baby dino puppets, an engaging dino talk with Ranger Jurassic Jack, and a visit to the Jurassic Jeep before heading to Donut King for a complimentary Dino donut.
“It's a hands-on, roaring-good time that’s both fun and educational,” says Centrepoint Tamworth’s Centre Manager, Martin Howes.
As an added bonus, every child that attends a Jurassic Jack Fossil Dig goes into the draw to win a driveway drop-in at their home by Jurassic Jack himself and his truly authentic Jurassic Jeep
Jurassic Jack’s Fossil Cave is a one-of-a-kind experience, and the perfect accompaniment to the release of the seventh instalment in the Jurassic Park franchise to be screened daily at Forum 6 Cinemas.
