A concert to celebrate the festive season

Join us for a festive celebration in the comfort of the Capitol as the theatre bursts with the sights and sounds of Christmas. First presented in 2017, this annual event brings together some of the city’s much loved performers as well as special guest artist, Rhonda Burchmore.

Featuring the wonderful sound and backing of the 2340 Big Band and with performances by Tamworth City Dance Academy, Gabriela McDonald, Peter Ross, Natacha Curnow, Ann Walsh, Lara Northey, Kate Armstrong, Brad Gill, and many more, Christmas at the Capitol will be a true community event.  The big man himself, Santa, will make a jolly appearance and will be giving everyone who attends a festive gift!

We are thrilled that Rhonda Burchmore, stage and cabaret sensation with credits including Mamma Mia, Into The Woods, Guys & Dolls, Hot Shoe Suffle and more ,  will be joining us for this very special time that brings people together and celebrates family, friendship and love.
