Shine Conference is the response to a call to gather, equip and mobilise women. The aim of the conference is to see women let go of any hindrances, whether mindsets, insecurities, or past hurts, and rise up to take our place in the adventure that God has called us to. This looks different for every woman and so we gather with each other to see the variety of expression God gives through His daughters. We equip each other by championing our sisters and believing in each other. We then mobilise to be a force for good in our world and outside our world.

In all of this, through everything that is said and done, we seek to glorify, honour and lift high the name of our Rescuer, Redeemer, our Saviour, JESUS.
