2022 CMAA Female Artist of The Year- Ashleigh Dallas is bringing her songs & melodies to the iconic Tamworth Town Hall - Wednesday 18th January at her one & only Tamworth Country Music Festival show In The Moment.
The Tamworth born, 4 x CMAA Golden Guitar winning country artist will be encouraging her audience to stay "In The Moment" as she shares the stories & songs from her 5 studio albums, taking the audience on a journey sharing the highs & lows but wrapped up in the comfort of a sweet country sound that Dallas executes with heart & authenticy.
In The Moment is presented by the Tamworth Regional Conservatorium of Music, where Ashleigh started her musical studies at age 2 & now has proudly taught in the teaching Early Childhood Music faculty, as well as mentoring a youth choir, in the hope to unleash the love & power that connecting to lyrics & singing can have.
Dallas has basked in a few Golden moments in the past 12 months, including adding to her Golden Guitar awards tally by 2 at the 2022 Golden Guitar Awards.
Winning Gold for the Video Clip of the Year , showed a warm acceptance on the collaboration where she joined Luke O’Shea for “Long Way Round” which amplified the reaction & connection that & quirky video had with the fans.
Awarded the 2022 CMAA Female Artist of the year Golden Guitar was a huge honour for the Mum of 2 daughters, especially at the 50th TCMF celebration, a category that Dallas has been in each album release but finally took home the Gold of her number #1 singles Lottery, Good & Bad Days & the heart felt ballad Couldn’t Keep Up - all in which feature on her latest full length album release “In The Moment”.
Ashleigh who is the 3rd Generation in the country music Dallas Family can recall dreaming of being a country music side stage watching her family at many a country show & festival show, while also feels the importance of being true to her authentic sound even more since becoming a Mum. With herself being on stage since the age of 6, now feels with the release of her latest album “ In the Moment” that she has truly arrived as the artist she wants to be & wants to continue sharing her music, the importance of the lyric & power to make people feel and connect into the years ahead.
Winning the inaugural Traditional Country Album of the Year Golden Guitar in 2018, which also saw her father and producer Brett Dallas recognised with a Golden Guitar Awards, Dallas made Australian Country music history as the first family who shares 3 generations of Golden guitar awards.
With the highest of highs of winning Golden Guitars, Ash will tell you her biggest achievements is becoming a Mum to her beautiful daughters Harriet & Lillian, cementing the drive within to continue sharing her story & sound while fully embracing who she is & her strong family heritage in Australian Country music.
Ashleigh is a proud ambassador for the The Dolly Parton Imagination Library Australia, highlighting the importance of early childhood literacy & the art of a physical book sparking curiosity & endless imagination within. With both her daughters enrolled in the program in the Tamworth region, Dallas knows firsthand the joy this program evokes & loves sharing that with others at many a story time & sing alongs with Ashleigh.
Ashleigh also shares her voice as an ambassador for Rediscover Australia which connects the love of travel and music, sharing many events with fans all over Australia rediscovering & reconnecting to regional towns & the tourism in our Aussie backyard of course completed with the soundtrack of Ashleigh singing on these tours.

Ashleigh is also a proud ambassador for Tunes in the Tropics, a festival spanning over 11 years that has raised incredible funds for families in Fiji and their local schools.
