COVID-19 UPDATE - Tamworth Regional Council’s Entertainment Venues Division, which includes the Capitol Theatre Tamworth, TRECC, Tamworth War Memorial Town Hall and the Community Centre, will suspend and reschedule major live performances and events until 31 July 2020.  The following items in the ADFAS 2020 programme have been effected:

About ADFAS

The Association of Australian Decorative and Fine Arts Societies (ADFAS) is a group of 35 Societies that offer their members a series of monthly informative and entertaining illustrated lectures plus some workshops covering a broad range of subjects relating to art.

The talks are usually complemented by a friendly social gathering before or after with refreshments. Together, the 35 Societies form the Association of Australian Decorative and Fine Arts Societies, the central body responsible for the overall programming and lecturer schedules. Each local Society is managed by a volunteer chairman and committee who organise the presentation of the annual program of six to nine lectures.
