TRECC Visitor Information
Which entry do I use?
The entry point to the Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre (TRECC) is by the main forecourt located off Ringers Road. If it is a ticketed event, your ticket should indicate the correct door for entry.
Rest Rooms
The centre has rest rooms located on both sides of the main hall and also in the Foyer.
Food & Beverage Facilities
Catering and Bar facilities are usually available for all entertainment concert events.
Disability Facilities
For ticketed events, disabled patrons and carers must book by phone or in person at the Capitol Theatre box office phone: 02 6767 5200.
Disabled toilets are located in the main foyer and also in the main auditorium on the northern side of the venue.
Designated disabled parking bays are available on the northern side of the main auditorium and also in Car Park B.

First Aid
First aid room is located on the Southern end of the main Foyer adjacent to the Rest Rooms.
Alcohol Management Policy
Patrons wishing to enjoy a drink in our licensed areas will require photographic proof of age. The Tamworth Regional Entertainment & Conference Centre believe “No proof – No Purchase” is the best policy.
It is an offence under the Liquor Licensing Laws for patrons to remove alcohol from the designated bar areas within the Centre. Patrons may incur a fine for breaching this law. Liquor Act 1982 – Any person who sells or supplies liquor to an intoxicated person or minor on licensed premises is guilty of an offence.
Merchandising
Event merchandising may be available.
Non-smoking Policy
The Tamworth Regional Entertainment & Conference Centre is a non-smoking venue. Patrons will not be permitted to smoke anywhere within the Centre’s facilities.
Venue Parking
There are over 1,000 free parking spaces situated in three car parks strategically located around the Tamworth Regional Entertainment & Conference Centre precinct with direct access to them off Ringers Road.
Designated disable parking bays are available on the northern side of the main auditorium, Longyard Drive and also in Car Park B.
Coach Parking
Formal coach parking spaces are available within the designated Coach Area. These spaces are within 100m to 150m from the main access and connected by concrete footpaths to the front access.
